To apply for the Pradhanmantri Matra Vandana Yojana, you must visit the official website, as was done in the past. However, there is a new process for those who have already received benefits for their first child. They are required to visit a new portal to apply for the revised scheme.

Mandatory Registration within 270 Days of Birth

Under the updated scheme, the financial assistance will be disbursed in two installments. The first installment of ₹3000 and the second installment of ₹2000 will be credited to the registered bank account.

Additionally, for the birth of a second daughter, registration must be done within 270 days of her birth, starting from April 1, 2022, or later. This registration process for the second child is available until September 30, 2023.
