Sports world reacts to J.J. Watt retirement announcement 

J.J. Watt a defensive player of the Arizona Cardinals declared that he is retiring from the NFL after the end of Arizona's season ends on January  8.

Wisconsin Badgers always saw Watt as an All-American who took the team to the 2010 Rose Bowl.

Watt achieved 111.5 career sacks with 9.5 in the current season. He was originally drafted by the Houston Texans out of Wisconsin in the 2011 NFL draft.

He had achieved three times the League Defensive Player of the year award (2012, 2014, and 2015) adding his name to one of three players in NFL history with Lawrence Taylor and Aaron Donald.
